How to book medical appointment for Canada visa in Pakistan

I want to clarify that we can book Medical Appointment beforehand for Student Visa if we are applying under Student Direct Stream. If you do not know SDS, please Click here. For booking appointments, only these documents are required.

There are two ways to book an appointment for medical.

The first Method to book a Medical appointment is by Calling:

You can make a call on this number for an appointment booking, but I will recommend you book a medical appointment by Emailing because it’s a suitable method. Also, you can share your personal information in detail.

The Second Method to book a Medical appointment is by Emailing:

Applicants can make an email to this email canmedpk@iom.int to book an appointment for a Canadian student visa or immigration. But there are certain things which must include, for example in which city and for what purpose you need a medical appointment.

These are the six things that must be addressed in the email for booking appoint for Canada in Pakistan.

After emailing, they will send you a Medical Confirmation Email after 2 working days on this Email; medical dates and times will be listed. They allot time and dates according to them; we can’t schedule dates and times according to our desire.

Now we will discuss the whole procedure of Medical actually, what steps are included in this test and what happened at the hospital each and everything.

Step 1: First of all, when you enter the Canadian Health Assessment Hospital, they will check your appointment and passport and will ask you to sit in the waiting area just for a maximum of five minutes. Then they will call you in the Ticket Generator Office, where they will recheck your credential and click a photo and provide you with a Ticket Number.

And a strip just like this one will bound on hand on that your passport number and other information are written.

Step 2: Later on, you will enter the registered office and will submit the required documents and fees.

Step 3: You will go for Chest X_RAY.

Step 4: After that, a staff member will check your Weight, Eye test and Blood pressure in a separate room.

Step 5: Then you enter in Migration Health Physician room for a Physical Examination. In my case, they removed my shirt only, checked my chest and all other body joints, and asked me about my family background diseases and my medical routine, if applicable, and a few more questions.

Step 6: This is the last step; you go to a Lab where your Urine and blood samples are collected.

After that, you ask about your chest X_RAY and Urine test result. If it is normal, then you are free and good to go home. An information sheet will be given to you to upload in the Visa portal just like this.
